Show Quality
I do not differentiate between a "Show" and a "4H" rabbit. All rabbits that I sell as show quality, whether used in a breeding/show program or as a  4H project are classified as the same. Rabbits are free from disqualifications. The rabbit is classified as show quality because it has the type that I think will do well on the  show table. I can not guarantee that an animal that I sell will win on the show tables nor can I guarantee that show quality animals will produce offspring, even if they have done so for me in the past. If you are in 4H, please let me know when you inquire about rabbits. Upon verification, I will give discounts to 4H'ers.

Brood Quality
A breeding quality animal does not have any major type flaws. They are just not 'showy'' enough to be competitive on the show table. They can be used  to help you make nice show babies with the right animals, and can be an asset to your breeding program. Breeding quality animals may have a disqualifaction, such as white toenails, missing toes, nips out of an ear, too many stray white hairs, etc. Please note, these disqualifications are NOT genetic and have resulted from injury to the animal. Animals with genetic disqualifications are sold as pets. We can not guarantee an animal will produce offspring, even if they have for me in the past.

Pet Quality
Pet quality animals also come with pedigrees, because I feel every pet owner should get to see the origin of their lovable pet. They also come with transitional food, and a "Pet Care Guide" pamphlet that I made. Mini Lops & Jersey Woolies make excellent pets! They are sooo sweet and are very relaxed, unlike some other breeds which are too high strung and sometimes difficult to manage. The Mini Lops are very low maintenance and so are the Jersey Woolies (even with the wool!) Even if you happen to fall in love with a show or brood quality animal, feel free to inquire about them as well!

General Policies
Deposit Policy
- I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone at my discretion.
- I require at least 50% nonrefundable deposit on all animals you are wishing to purchase (unless other arrangement have been made)
- If the deposit is not sent to me within 2 weeks of contacting me the rabbit will go back up for sale.
- I will accept cash or check  if I am meeting you or  you are picking up.
- I do not accept cash through the mail, only money orders or checks.
- No animals are sold under 8 weeks of age.

Holding Policy
- I will hold rabbits up to 3 weeks unless other arrangement have been made.
- The 3 week holding period starts once the rabbits reaches 8 weeks of age.
- The way you recieve your rabbit is up to you. I can meet at a show, arrange transport, or meet somewhere close to my home.

Health Guarantee
- All rabbit have a 1 week health guarantee
- This does not include injuries that are afflicted to the rabbit(s) while they are not in my care such as stress, neglect/abuse, injuries from other animals, heat stroke, etc. . .
- If we can trace the illness back to my rabbitry within the first week of ownership, then I will refund your money.
- You have 24 hours to report an illness to me, otherwise the refund is void.
- I do not and will not pay for any vet bills.

Pedigrees
- All rabbits are fully pedigreed.
- Always feels free to ask if you are unsure of something on the pedigree

Replacing Rabbits Policy
- I will replace a rabbit that I sold as a buck but turned out to be a doe, and vice versa.
- I will replace a rabbit that has died within the first week of ownership if we can trace the illness from my rabbitry.

Discounts
- Discounts to 4H and Youth are available, upon verification that the youth has an active role in their rabbit project.
